The story
IPSI is a Sydney-based digital payment solutions provider specialising in online payments and secure call centre payments for fifteen years. The COVID pandemic and rising demand for its services strained its in-house resources, as such, IPSI chose 4mation to help them with the surge in demand for its services.

During the pandemic, public and private sectors were pushed to transform traditional on-premises call centre operations and enhance their online digital operations.
Over the past six months, we have provided skilled tech resources and additional developers through our team augmentation model, providing people for specific roles in short or long-term projects. From rebuilding their hosted payment pages through to telephony-based payments, IPSI utilises 4mation to assist with development and DevOps activities.
