Where it all started
2001
At the start, there was no grand vision – just a passion for delivering awesome web and software projects. Working from a small home office, Dane hired a few uni mates part-time and kicked off with the Sydney Roosters as our first client.
Growing up
2006
The early days were challenging but fun! Our first real office in 2002, our first hires outside of our network. Young and enthusiastic, the learning curve was steep, but we made up for what we lacked in experience with commitment. The all-nighters and long hours didn’t feel like a sacrifice as we were having fun and attracted clients like Reebok, Camelbak, Cricket NSW and Ben Sherman.
A genuine team
2011
We’d now formed a long term vision, so in 2008 we paused our growth plans to focus on increasing the quality of our service. With a passionate team of 20 people, we were now working with major clients like First State Super, Free TV, Makita, and Etihad. A culture naturally started to build – humble, highly skilled people, who took their work seriously, but not so much themselves!
Culture by design
2013
Having moved into our Foveaux St offices and inspired by Tony Hseih’s ‘Delivering Happiness,’ we set about creating a world-class culture. It started to attract some amazing people, and clients would comment on our office’s ‘vibe’ – fun, focused and passionate! Our efforts were recognised in 2013 as we were awarded as one of Australia’s Best Places to Work.
Enabling people to do their best work
2015
Now at 40+ people and with a thriving culture, we put in place processes to support our people to do their best work. Clients like the NRL, ABC, and Kennards Self Storage came on board, and awards continued to flow: Best Excellence Forum & Awards: Best Customer Service 2015, Most Innovative Company Asia Pacific 2015, and Fastest Growing Company 2015.
