What do I need to prepare for project rescue?
There is some prep involved for the technical assessment. Our team can guide you through the process step by step. To increase the effectiveness of our time together we will need the following:
– Functional specifications: what your product intends to achieve
– Jira or project management documents: detailing the status of your project and the development work done to date, including the current roadmap and details of each ticket
– A run through with you to show us where the gaps are from a functional perspective
– Access to code (bitbucket, github, or even zip).
– Access to a running environment (ideally UAT), logins, url’s etc.
– A list of any other providers the application communicates with (e.g. spotify, MYOB, stripe, etc.)
– Any other supporting documentation, including anything for the purpose of onboarding a new developer
How much more work is there to finish my project?

Do you outsource your development or is it done locally in Australia?
All of our development is done here in Australia, generally in NSW, QLD or the Sunshine Coast. Your project is delivered by our local developers based in Sydney who can come to your office for workshops and meetings to work effectively with you.
What happens after the assessment? Can you help me implement the recommendations?
Template-based prototypes will be delivered to production within 3 months from the point of initial engagement to final delivery. However, custom prototypes will take 4 months to deliver to production.
Can you do it on-site or do you do it remotely?
Depending on your location, we can conduct the review in person at your offices, our offices in Sydney or also remotely, depending on what suits you best.
